About Jepson & Associates
Our Story
Back on New Year's Day in 1968, Ronald T. Jepson, a seasoned Professional Land Surveyor and Civil Engineer, decided to start something new. Fresh from a three-year stint as the Assistant City Engineer for the City of Bellingham, he founded our company.
Starting from his home, the company quickly outgrew its humble beginnings, moving to an office on Cornwall Avenue within three years. Our first projects? They were for the Port of Bellingham, the Bellingham School District, and the City and County Parks Departments. Around the same time, we started working on subdivision projects, a tradition we've kept alive to this day. In fact, we've helped create over 2,000 residential lots since then.
Today, we're all about Boundary and Construction Land Surveying, with a side of Short Plats and Boundary Line Adjustment services. We've also branched out into Drone and Bathymetric work, always looking for new ways to serve our clients.
