To request one of our records fill out the “Survey Record(s)” form. Our projects date back to 1968, some of them are physical copies and other more recent projects will also include digital files.

Once you request information we will share what we have available and the fees attached to sharing/printing those documents. If you have a job number, that is always helpful to provide for our records retrieval.
